CMH Fit Walk & Ride
Our 18th Annual Fit Walk & Ride, organized by CMH's fabulous Health Fit staff, will be held Saturday, May 19. The event will begin and end at the Defiance County Fairgrounds. NEW this year - a 1 Mile Fun Walk - pets are welcome! Other events ...include 10 and 20 mile bike routes, 5K Run, and 5K Fit Walk. Register by May 8th to receive a t-shirt!
